This acclaimed documentary by award-winning film maker, Shola Lynch, tells the story of Angela Davis…Revolutionary scholar, philosopher, activist icon, African-American Feminist.

The film features interviews with Angela Davis as well as eyewitnesses to her trial and imprisonment, life and teaching, then and now. The film inter-cuts stock footage, present-day recollections, and seamless re-creations of events to evoke an immediate sense of time and place.
