Federal Courthouse Building\, 601 Market Street during the Phila. Ole City Parade as floats and city’s celebration passes-by (begin gathering between 10:00a.m and 10:30a.m.\, in front of Federal Courthouse).\n\nIGNITE PEACE! Stand or sit* with banners and posters (provided)\, drums will sound and our bell of justice and peace a will toll.
