City Hall\, NW corner\, 15th & Market Street\, Streets\, Phila.\, PA. 19102.  Hold a banner or sign\, handout flyers.  Speak\, Friday\, February 13\, 4p.m.\, during rush hour. \nProtest the new AUMF (Authorization to Use Military Force) Obama’s Declaration of ‘Endless War’  \n\n\nIntended to fight ISIS\, the new AUMF is modeled on the 2001 AUMF that was intended to fight Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. Thirteen years later\, that AUMF has been used to justify military action in 13 countries. Where will this new one take us?
