DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n“Listening to Dr. Martin Luther King”\nSat.\, April 1\, 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.\nin front of the district office of Rep. Patrick Meehan (R\, PA\, CD 7)\,\n940 West Sproul Road\, Springfield\, PA 19064\n\nThe scourge of U.S. wars around the world. Daily drone strikes directed from remote command centers like the one at Horsham Air Guard station\, which is there because of Rep. Meehan’s backing. The diseases of poverty\, racism\, sexism\, xenophobia\, and Islamophobia\, made worse by Donald Trump. The reality of climate change and the threat of nuclear war.\nFor some or all the time\, stand with us (or sit\, bring a fold up chair) for justice and peace in front of Rep. Meehan’s office (at the well traveled intersection of State & Sproul Road\, parking at the rear of his office). Honor the 50th anniversary of Dr. King’s  “Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence” speech\, April 4th\, 1967 speech* at Riverside Church in NYC.
