In 1977, the Brandywine Peace Community was born in the tradition and practice of nonviolent  action. We honor Dr. King’s legacy by joining together in protest and nonviolent resistance to war, racism, and injustice. We have begun each and every year since January 1977 in nonviolent protest to war, the ravages of war, and the greed of war profiteering. In our nonviolent campaign, we have sought to listen to Dr. King, not Donald Trump, not the war makers and war profiteers, not Lockheed Martin, the world’s largest war profiteer and the U.S.’s  chief nuclear weapons producer.

Lockheed Martin’s war profits are soaring, and it has built large additions to its King of Prussia complex. This Monday we will stand before one of the major sites in the establishment of Donald Trump’s mega-billion dollar “Golden Dome.” Click on these relevant articles for more on the Golden Dome:
